I admit, I plan not to show up to my diabetic appointment last monday. Well, i feel like their is no need to go there and talked to those people. I follow my diet and was able to keep my sugar low. but duh! my doctors office just called me and ask me to go there and give them a visit. I was really pissed off. Why do i have to do that. for what? I hate the thought of them pooking me again and try to check my sugar with their big needles. I hate it!. They did it to me once when i have my first visit at their house and i have to bear the pain for the whole day. I dont want them to poke me again. Ohh, though i am pissed off, i think i still need to show up to their office. I dont know what they are going to do but I am definitely tired of having a diabetes. i cant really wait for be done with this whole pregnancy and be done with my diet.

Tired of being pregnant!

I am almost 30 weeks pregnant and i tell you am really tired of it. i could not wait to deliver this baby and be done with it. My belly is getting heavier and also I am getting bigger. though I have a diabetes with this pregnancy, that does not hinder me from eating. Infact, i ate at lot this time compared before i was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. ohh well, my meal plan says I have to eat at least 6 times a day including snack. So now, i just finished eating my snack and ready to go to bed.

Though I am tired of being pregnant. I really want to keep this baby inside as long as I can until he is fully developed. Maybe on my 38 weeks i will ask my doctor to just go ahead and induced me. But now, i just need be patience and just wait for my baby to be ready to come out!

God's word for today!

God wants to pour out His blessing and favor upon you each and every day. It says in the Psalms that He daily loads us with benefits! So many people miss out on all that God has for them because they are weighted down by guilt and condemnation. But notice what today's verse tells us about where His blessings come from—the fullness of His grace. God's grace is His unmerited favor. That means we can't earn it. We can't work for it, and we can't change His mind about it. He pours out His blessing on us not because of what we do, but because of who He is. His blessings are based on His goodness, not ours. Today, receive His grace. Receive His forgiveness. Let go of guilt and condemnation. Open your heart and mind to what God wants to do in your life and get ready because He is pouring out His goodness upon you with one blessing after another!

A PRAYER FOR TODAY

Heavenly Father, I choose to receive Your grace today which is Your supernatural empowerment. I release guilt and condemnation and receive Your love and forgiveness. Search my heart, O God. Renew me and cleanse me by Your Word. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Eating time again!

I am not used to it. I am not the kind of person that like to eat every other two hours. I will just eat if i am hungry and if not i wont look at the food at all. Now that I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes, i definitely need to eat and strictly follow my diet. It is for me and the baby so i have no choice than to do it. Though I dont like to eat most often but i think i start to get used to it. Now, i have to think what to eat for snack. I need to count my carbohydrates and makes sure that I am on track. Carbohydrates means sugar so i really need to carefully watch my carbohydrates intake. or else my sugar level will go crazy. Well i better go and fixed something for myself!

it is over!

I am sad. My favorite show Rubi is finally over. The show did add color to my everyday life. my day is not complete if i am not able to watch that days episode. Now that it is over, i will surely going to missed it.I guess i just need to find something to spend my time with. Maybe it about time for me to tackle the household chores and have the house finally cleaned. I have a lot of things that need to be done and since Rubi is gone, i think i will spent my time to do it. Will definitely need to finished all the things that need to be done before Isaac arrived. Favorite College Football Team: Ohio State University

No matter what Michiganders may think, Ohio State University has the best college football program throughout the entire country. Ohio State University has an infectious football team that is one of the best in the United States. One of my favorite hobbies is watching Ohio State football games on my direct.tv. Loving It!

Last week, I was diagnosed of having a gestational diabetes. Of course I was really down and was so depressed the moment i heard the news. I called my mom in law crying because i dont know what I am going to do. Last monday, i got an appointment to see my dietitian and she explain to me everything. I later realized that God has really had a plan for everything. and me having a Gestational Diabetes right now is just a blessing in disguise. They put me to a diet plan and so far am loving. I even start to like my diet right now. I even feel like i was eating too much but did not gain weight. Well i eat little by little but constantly. so my body have a chance to absorbed the food that I ate. I will definitely continue my diet even after i deliver the baby. Now, I am not worried anymore. I will just do my part and hopefully the baby will be okay.

Depressed!

Yesterday was not a good day for me. well it was started good, i woke up and went to the kitchen to find out that my husband was making breakfast for me. Indeed a thing to start my day but later on i got a call from my doctor telling me that i have to come back to the lab to do my 3 hour glucose test. I failed the 1 hour one with the sugar level of 165. I really devastated. I was crying all day yesterday but eventually felt better after. I am just scared of the needles and also the fact that I might have a GD. Anyway, i calm down myself and just do my part and take the 3 hour test. i have a diabetis at least i know that i have it and will change my diet. I start changing my diet already. Totally get rid of my white rice and replace it with brown. It actually not that bad. I am eating more this time but i ate healthy food which i need to do even if i dont have a diabetis. I think it is just blessing in disguise to make me aware. Well I am still praying that i will pass the three hour test but even if I pass it, i will still keep my diabetic diet. No more white rice for me until the baby come out!
