acne treatments

Since I arrived here in the Philippines, i suddenly have acne growing on my face. I then think it is maybe because of the weather. It is really dusty here in the philippines and that maybe the reason why i have so many acne on my face. I do wash my face and apply something that supposedly get rid of the acne.
