acne treatment

I have been suffering from acne lately. well i dont know what happen, maybe because of the food that i was eating why my acnes suddenly show up on my face. their are 3 big acnes on my face right now and it really looks so disgusting. you know they are all red and so irritating too. I dont really like it. I have been trying with a lot of stuff to get rid of it but still i can see them on my face until now.
