Got a New stove!

Oh my, I was all happy when my old stove broke..wahaaha. I mean it is already old and I think it is about time for us to get a new one. but what's the purpose of getting a new one if your old one still working just fine. When greg told me that he broke the stove and he does not know how to fixed it, All i can say was, Finally!. time for me to get the stove that I love. And yes!, that's what happen. we went shopping for new stove the following day and I got it in time for valentines day. Since the stove is kind of expensive, i told greg that i will take it as his Valentines present for me.

I was so happy seeing my son and husband eating my chicken menudo. it was my first time making it and I am really pleased to see them liked it.I guess my chicken menudo turned out really well.My husband is very picky with it comes to food. I tell you, I tried a lot of recipes for him to taste but only few that he likes. Therefore, i was really happy when i saw him eating the new food that i cooked. chicken menudo for dinner

This will be my first try of cooking chicken menudo. Actually chicken menudo is one of my favorite filipino dish but I just dont know how to cook. My mom is really good of cooking it and it became one of my favorite food that my mom cook. Anyway, thanks to panlasangpino I was able to get the recipe on how to cook chicken menudo. Hmm the food is still cooking right now and its smelling good already. I cant wait for it to be cooked and see if it taste the same like my mom's cooking. if it taste good I will surely keep the recipe and will try cooking it again. We'll, even if my cooking does not taste that good for my son Elijah it is always good. I alredy have steamed rice ready for him to eat the moment my chicken menudo is cooked.

Since the day I gave birth to my second son, i barely or should I say I never see my house clean. I just cant do all the works and take care of the baby. Therefore, last week, I decided to schedule everything. one space at a time. Today, I manage to clean our kitchen, do the dishes and clean the baby's bottle. It is a heaven feeling looking at my clean kitchen. i will hopefully manage to keep it clean for the rest of the week. We will see. tomorrow, would be my schedule to clean the living room. Right now, our living room is a mess. clothes and toys are all over the place. I hate it!. I totally agree that if you live in a clean house you will also have a peace of mine.And right now seeing those toys and clothes on the floor just give my headache. We'll sooner or later I will have this house clean. Just one thing at a time and i will be able to clean the whole house. I am definitely crossing my fingers for that:)

Lazy Sunday!

I have tons of household chores that need to be done but for some reason I woke up this morning feeling lazy. I dont know why? All I wanna do is just sit hold the baby and do nothing. We'll I pick this day to be my lazy day. I will do my laundry tomorrow and also the dishes. I would maybe spent my time with my boys and maybe if I feel better, I will bring them to the park today to play. My little one love to be outside and my first born love to play at the park too. It's beautiful day today which is perfect to spent sometime with kids at the park.
