this message was forwarded to me by janine..so i decided to just share it to you too...this tip was so helpfull to me myself..i do things a lot faster and more organized by followings the tips..hope this will be helpfull for you too...


Bed Sheets
After drying sheets, put both sheets and one pillowcase in the other pillow case. Fold neatly in a square. Next time you change sheets, you just take the one pillow case and all the sheets and pillow case are inside. No need to look for matches.

Clean your glass shower
To clean the glass in your shower easily, apply lemon juice to the glass with a sponge. Then, take newspaper and wipe the lemon juice off the glass. It will be clean and sparkle with no scrubbing!

REHEAT PIZZA
Heat up leftover pizza in a non-stick skillet on top of the stove, set heat to med-low and heat till warm. This keeps the crust crispy. No soggy micro pizza. I saw this on the cooking channel and it really works.

EASY DEVILED EGGS
Put cooked egg yolks in a zip lock bag. Seal, mash till they are all broken up. Add remainder of ingredients, reseal, keep mashing it up mixing thoroughly, cut the tip of the baggy, squeeze mixture into egg. Just throw bag away when done easy clean up.

Expanding Frosting
When you buy a container of cake frosting from the store, whip it with your mixer for a few minutes. You can double it in size. You get to frost more cake/cupcakes with the same amount. You also eat less sugar/calories per serving.

REHEATING REFRIGERATED BREAD
To warm biscuits, pancakes, or muffins that were refrigerated, place them in a microwave with a cup of water. The increased moisture will keep the food moist and help it reheat faster.

NEWSPAPER WEEDS AWAY
Start putting in your plants, work the nutrients in your soil. Wet newspapers put layers around the plants overlapping as you go cover with mulch and forget about weeds. Weeds will get through some gardening plastic they will not get through wet newspapers.

Broken Glass
Use a dry cotton ball to pick up little broken glass pieces of glass-the fibers catch ones you can't see!

NO MORE MOSQUITOES
Place a dryer sheet in your pocket. It will keep the mosquitoes away.

SQUIRREL AWAY!
To keep squirrels from eating your plants sprinkle your plants with cayenne pepper. The cayenne pepper doesn't hurt the plant and the squirrels won't come near it.

Easier thank you's
When you throw a bridal/baby shower, buy a pack of thank you cards for the guest of honor. During the party, pass out the envelopes and have everyone put their address on one. When the bride/new mom sends the thank you's, they're all addressed!

Bicycle Identification
If you purchase a new bike for your child, place their picture inside the handle bar in a sealed baggie before placing the grips on. if the bike is stolen and later recovered, remove the grip and there is your proof who owns the bike.

Flexible vacuum
To get something out of a heat register or under the fridge add an empty paper towel roll or empty gift wrap roll to your vacuum. It can be bent or flattened to get in narrow openings.

Reducing Static Cling
Pin a small safety pin to the seam of your slip and you will not have a clingy skirt or dress. Same thing works with slacks that cling when wearing panty hose. Place pin in seam of slacks and -- voila -- static is gone.

Measuring Cups
Before you pour sticky substances into a measuring cup, fill it with hot water. Dump out the hot water, but don't dry the cup. Next, add your ingredient, such as peanut butter, and watch how easily it comes right out.

FOGGY WINDSHIELD?
Hate foggy windshields? Buy a chalkboard eraser and keep it in the glove box of your car. When the windows fog, rub with the eraser! Works better than a cloth!

Reopening Envelope
If you seal an envelope and then realize you forgot to include something inside, just place your sealed envelope in the freezer for an hour or two. Voila! It unseals easily.

CONDITIONER
Use your hair conditioner to shave your legs. It's a lot cheaper than shaving cream and leaves your legs really smooth. It's also a great way to use up the conditioner you bought but didn't like when you tried it in your hair...

GOOD-BYE FRUIT FLIES
To get rid of pesky fruit flies, take a small glass fill it 1/2" with Apple Cider Vinegar and 2 drops of dishwashing liquid, mix well. You will find those flies drawn to the cup and gone forever!

GET RID of ANTS
Put small piles of cornmeal where you see ants. They eat it, take it "home," & can't digest it so it kills them. It may take a week or so, esp. if it rains, but it works & you don't have the worry about pets or small children being harmed!

Take baby powder to the beach
Keep a small bottle of baby powder in your beach bag. When you are ready to leave the beach sprinkle yourself and kids with the powder and the sand will slide right off your skin.

update for emelyn's bday

To all our kaberks from denton,mc kinney, and forth worth na hindi nakasama sa adventure namin last sunday, gusto lang naming ipa alam na me plan kaming na bou with regards to emelyns bday party...cguro nakatanggap kayo ng email from her na cancel yong party nya sa house nila...

at dahil dyan we have made a plan to have a birthday party for her at hawaiian falls sa colony.. i to yong website..http://www.hawaiianfalls.com/ pick nyo ang colony..since it's an outdoor activities, you can bring your hubby and chikitings with you too para mas masaya..kkb tayo or kanya kanyang bayad..di natin pabayarin si emelyn at baka first nya na hindi sumipot sa party..hahahahah..andyan din ang direction papunta don.

Christ the Savior is Born!!!!!hmm how many more sleep til christmas? let me count. wow! 4 more sleep and it will be christmas.. did you guys finished doing your christmas shopping? well well well i know everybody is very busy... i myself was bussy shopping for christmas too..it took me days before i get what i think is a perfect gift for my fmily here in US.To tell you the truth it's really hard to shop when you dont know what to buy..its also hard to give something to the person that almost had everything they want.i mean am talking about the family of hubby here.coz my family back in pinas. I never got a hard time looking for a perfect gift for them coz they pretty much need a lot of things. I can easily come up with an idea what to get for them or what to give them..but when it comes to giving gift to my husband's family..men! it will give me a headache and will cost me all day of shopping but still i cant figure out what to get for them...just the other day at last i got something for them...it's not that expensive but i'll pray they will like it...today, i'm done placing it in a christmas bag and have it ready for christmas...

Whew! christmas,christmas,christmas...i cant really wait for the christmas eve to come for many viable reason..1st is, i am so excited what i'm gonna get this christmas..hahaha i am just like a little girl ,with full of happiness on my face everytime we sit in my parents inlaws couch and start giving and receiving our gifts...this is one of the reason why i loved christmas...lolz coz i love to get something from the others for free.. second is.. all the people were nice..i know the one reason why..christmas is a time to love,share, and give...

anyhow this will be my 3rd christmas here in USA..but this christmas is the most enjoyable.fun and memorable christmas for me...this is the only christmas in which i met a lot of friends and have fun with them..Just last sunday dec.17,2006. me and my filipino friends had our filipino christmas party..my friend bernadeth prepared a games for us and it was her good and kind hubby who give the prizes..as in all of us na enjoy jud..pati mga bana...i think that was there first time seeing us and playing with us with our filipino games...

i still remember the confusion that was registered to titings hubby when titing give him the talong unya naa hikot and have it tied around his waist..as in libog jud sya unsa daw ni klasie na dula..me too i have no idea unsaon to pagdula ang talong..pero mag libot diay ming mga babae and when the music stops to play we have to hold the talong na nagbitay sa imong partner...
bast lagi ang mga lalaki nag kuha namo sa talong mo iktin gud basin magunitan namo ang ilaha...lolz...we played like 4 games and we ended the party with the exchange gifts...that was really really fun..i just met some of them who attend the party that day..but we act like we meet each other for a long time and been a very close friend...tanan jud me participate sa games that's why everybody had fun...

we planned to do it again next christmas pero lain napud ang mag host..

i also wanna share to you the video of my baby singing a video k..daya kaau among video k naka 86 akong anak na puro ra ahhh ahh ang kanta...but me sometimes it will give me a 79..waaah asa kaha ang justice ana...lolz..pero enjoy baya kong naa ka koyog mag video k..since my bro and sis are not here to sing with me..si elijah nalang akong partner...heheheh

hay sensya na kayo ha...it's been a while since i update my blog..golly life was really really busy..plus my computer's really really suck..i cant even go to each of your house and read your entry.somtimes it went thru but when i try to put a comment on it. palagi nalang page cannot be displayed..pero ok na lahat ngayon..my hubby fixed my computer ..so here! i am back to my online world...salamat talaga sa lahat ng nag ewan sa akin ng mga message..di nyo talaga ako nakalimotan kahit wala update bahay ko..nabasa ko lahat ng nilagay nyo sa tag board ko..salamat talaga at pasensya na at di ako nakabisita ang mga bahay nyo..asides from being so busy lately, sira then and computer ko..

Anyway, everybody knows that i went to the philppines because of my grandmas' death..bakit kaya lahat ng kasayahan me kapalit na kalongkotan..i was just very happy that day..it was sunday..the sun is up.the weather was a little bit chilly but perfect to be outside..i am so excited beacuse for the first time of this season we're going to the cowboys stadium to watch my team playing in real..as in i was very excited..cant wait to see my favorite player giving us a touch down...they played with the very tough team this season..yup! they played with the CULTS..hubby said they never lost yet..therefore we only had a slight hope for my team to win..its not that my teams not good pero pinalitan kasi yong quarter back namin and this will be his second game sa bago naming quarter back ..well ok lang kahit matalo sila..i will still have fun...fortunately for the first time of this season the CULTS lost and it was my team who beat them..and i am there in the stadium cheering my team for a touch down..wowoow it feels like a superbowl game for us..we are very much happy. We are still wearing the smile on our face..still enjoying the fun we had just experienced as we get into the car and drive home..the baby was being a good boy too..he didnt cry and just enjoying himself hwearing the people shout and clap..and as a baby who likes to imitate, everytime he hears the people shout, he shouts too. and if he hears the people clap he claps too..

we arrived home and I immidiately went to my computer to tell everybody the good news..my team won..but that same time a window pooped up infront of me..it was my sister...later on i knew that my favorite grandma had passed away..i dont know how to react...ang dali namang binawi yong kaligayahan ko..di talga ako makapaniwala na wala na ang lola ko..excited pa naman akong ipakita sa kanya si elijah..we planned to visit my family in the philippines this june..plano ko na na di ako mag summer kasi nga uuwi kami..tapos di na nya makita anak ko..so i told my hubby that i wanna come home and see my lola for the last time..and i did..i was really thankful for my husbands support...kahit mahal yong binayaran namin sa ticket ok lang...travelling alone by myself was a good adventure for me.first time ko pa kasing mag travel na ako lang mag isa..pero kahit na nilakasan ko nalang yong loob ko..ang importante makaabot ako sa libing ng lola ko..i told my mom na uuwi ako..everybody was shocked..i got lucky to get a ticket immidiately and be able to get a flight going to the philippines the following day...dumating ako sa amin..mama lang yong naka-alam tsaka sis ko and my uncles who took care of my grandma na uuwi ako.me going home para sa lola ko, turned out to be a blessing too..God really has a plan for everything..kasi ang gusto ng mga anak ng lola ko. ilibing nalang sya at di na sila uuwi. as in i felt really bad to know that..kaya lalo akong nag pursege na makauwi.the moment they knew na me who is here in USA.uuwi para sa lola ko.they felt insulted..uuwi nga ako na dito sa USA sila pa na nandon lang sa pinas..kaya lahat ng mga anak ni nanay nag siuwian..it was just a beautiful reunion on my lola's kids..i heared my uncle said..yong pinakapanganay na ..he never saw hs younger brother for 20 years.and tagal.mga busy kasi.As expected, kasi ako yong galing america i payed for my grandmas burial..ok lang basta nandon sila lahat.my grandma died at the age of 85.matanda na..and guess what! i was really impressed and surprised when i opened a little book and found out that it was a diary of my lola..as in di ko akalain me diary pala ang lola ko..she wrote there lahat ng mga significant event and date sa buhay nya...nandon pa yong birthday ko...yong nanalo sila ng jai-alai..lols..tapos nandon yong date ng pagkamatay ng dalawa kong kapatid..al the sad and happy times she experienced was all there in her little diary..to tell you friends she has a very good penmanship..as in ganda ng hand writting nya..anyway she rest in peace and i am sure she will be in heaven someday..

i enjoyed the rest of my stay there with my family..as in we went to cebu para mag shopping..ang dami kong nabili..ang dami ko ring nabili for my brothers and sisters...lahat kami nag enjoy..tong mama ko lokoloko..kahit one week na ako sa amin..sabihin ba naman na i need to hit her daw kasi para pa raw syang nanaginip..di parin sya makapaniwala na nandyan ako sa harapan nya..bumili ako ng magic sing..of course binili ko yon para dito sa america..pero ginamit muna namin sa pinas..waaaahh we had a lot of fun...nawala na yong longkot ko sa lola ko...i knew masaya na sya kong nasaan man sya ngayon...

i came back here in USA with the feeling of excitement to be with my son and hubby again...iba talaga pag me pamilya kana dito..i feel really at home nong dumating na ako dito and be able to hugged my baby and kissed my hubby..ang sarap ng feeling...and of course it was a good break for me..tho' i will never see my lola again..the memories of me coming there for her burial and for the little reunion we have in my lola's side will always be remain in each of our heart...sulit talaga yong money na na gasto ko..
